LinkedIn text formatter: 𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗱, 𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘤, underline
LinkedIn has no “bold” button. This tool converts your text into styled Unicode characters you copy-paste into your post — with the character counter (3,000 max) and the “see more” fold line (~210 characters).
Formatting improves the post. AI writes it.
Ego generates structured LinkedIn posts in your voice, with AI images and carousels, then publishes them directly. 3 free posts per month, no credit card.

Frequently asked questions
How do I make text bold on LinkedIn?
LinkedIn has no native formatting in posts. The trick: special Unicode characters that look bold or italic. Type your text above, select the passage, click “Bold”, then copy-paste the result into your LinkedIn post.
Does formatted text work everywhere?
It displays on LinkedIn (posts, comments, profile) and most platforms. Accented characters (é, à, ç…) have no bold Unicode equivalent: they stay in regular style within formatted text.
Is there a downside to Unicode text?
Yes, be aware: screen readers (accessibility) and search engines read these characters poorly. Use bold sparingly — for 2-3 key words, not entire paragraphs.
What's the LinkedIn post character limit?
3,000 characters for a regular post. Only the first ~210 are visible before “…see more”: that's where your hook lives. The counter above tracks both limits live.
And for writing the post itself?
That's Ego's job: describe your idea, the AI writes a structured post in your voice with a calibrated hook — then publishes or schedules directly on LinkedIn. 3 free posts per month.
